What Counts as a Custom Playground?
Custom does not always mean a completely new structure. It can also mean a standard play route with special colors, a site-specific layout, a theme panel set, or a slide direction changed for the real entrance.

What we check before quoting
We look at length, width, height, entrance side, slide exit, user age, material direction and shipping volume. A photo may hide the back side, support frame, foundation, or real walking space.
If the reference image comes from an existing project, do not assume the same size will fit your ground. Send your own measurement together with the image.
We also check whether the custom shape can be packed and shipped cleanly. A dramatic panel or long slide may need more carton planning than a standard part.

Confirm the Drawing Version Before Production
Custom playground mistakes often come from old versions. One person approves a color file. Another person sends a new site note. Production cannot follow five separate message threads.
How we keep the file clean
Before production, we need one confirmed drawing or product list. The file should show size, main parts, theme direction, colors, material notes and any special request.
If something changes after approval, the change should be written clearly. A new version number helps everyone know which file is current.
This matters more for custom playgrounds than for catalog items. A custom panel, slide direction or logo part may not be easy to replace after it is made.
