We start with the project file
Site size, age group, country, indoor or outdoor use, preferred style and reference photos help us understand the first direction. If the buyer has a CAD drawing or product list, we check whether the information is complete enough for quotation.
For customized playground projects, we also ask about theme, color direction, main play function, material preference and whether the site needs any document support. These questions are not extra paperwork. They reduce mistakes before production.
If several people are involved in the project, such as a school owner, designer, importer and local installer, we keep the communication as file-based as possible. Clear drawings, product lists and photos are easier to pass between teams.
