Steel Frames and Posts
Steel is used for posts, frames, platforms and support structure. We check size, coating direction, fixing method and site condition before production notes are fixed.
Outdoor and indoor play projects made in China.
Photos, rough sizes, or drawings are all usable for a first reply.

A playground is not made from one material. One order may use steel posts, plastic slides, rope nets, stainless steel parts, bolts, caps, foam blocks and PVC covers. Each part has its own job.
Tell us where the equipment will be used. A seaside park, indoor soft play room, school yard and hotel garden do not ask the same thing from the material.
Send the site condition together with the product photo. Sun, rain, salt air, room height and daily traffic can all change the material discussion.
Frames, slides, ropes, panels, padding and fasteners should be checked against the real site.
Before material is discussed, we need to know where the equipment will stand. Material choice for a dry indoor room is not the same as material choice for a sunny public park.
Outdoor projects need a weather note. Strong sun, heavy rain and open public use can affect surface finish, color choice and later maintenance.
Coastal parks and dusty sites should be mentioned early. Fasteners, coating and exposed metal parts may need more attention in those places.
Soft play rooms need cover, seam and cleaning access notes. A shape that looks good in the drawing can be annoying if staff cannot clean around it.
A public park and a private backyard do not receive the same use. Tell us how busy the site will be before the material direction is fixed.

These are the material groups buyers ask about most often. A complete playground usually uses several of them together.
Steel is used for posts, frames, platforms and support structure. We check size, coating direction, fixing method and site condition before production notes are fixed.
Molded plastic is used for slides, roofs, panels, caps and many play parts. Color, thickness direction and outdoor use should be discussed by project.
Stainless steel is often discussed for custom slides, landmark parks and special outdoor areas. Site height, slope, finish and installation notes matter here.
Rope is used in climbing nets, bridges and adventure routes. Net spacing, rope diameter, grip feel and fixing points should follow the age group.
Some parks and resorts want a natural look. The buyer should decide whether the project needs real wood, wood-look finish, or a practical nature-style color plan.
Indoor soft play parts use foam, PVC cover, seams, zippers and padding. The room use, cleaning plan and age group should guide the material level.
Buyers often ask about the large frame or slide first. Small parts still matter. Bolts, caps, hangers, connectors and surface finish keep the order usable after installation.
Hardware bags should match the product list. If the order has several structures, hardware sorting and labels help the installation team avoid guessing.
Coating and color notes should be written clearly before production. A color shown in a rendering, a catalog photo and a buyer logo file may not be the same color.
Exposed bolts, caps, clamps and connectors may need extra attention for public parks, schools and seaside sites. Tell us the site condition early so it is not handled at the last minute.
A material quote changes when site use, finish, color, fasteners or custom parts change. Send these notes early when you have them.
| Material Detail | Why It Matters | What to Send |
|---|---|---|
| Site Use | Outdoor, indoor, school, park and commercial rooms use materials differently. | Project type, country, weather note and expected daily traffic. |
| Main Structure | Steel frame and post direction affect support, packing and installation. | Product model, drawing, platform height or frame reference. |
| Plastic Parts | Slides, panels and roofs may need color and outdoor-use confirmation. | Color note, reference photo and product list. |
| Rope and Nets | Rope diameter, net spacing and fixing point affect climbing use. | Age group, climbing route and preferred net style. |
| Soft Play Cover | Foam, PVC cover, seam and zipper details affect indoor daily use. | Room use, cleaning note, color request and age group. |
The same catalog structure can be used in different projects, but the material conversation may change. Start with the site and the users.
For school yards, we look at daily traffic, age group, open play routes and easy visual checking. Handrails, steps, platforms and fasteners get more attention.
For parks, we look at weather, public use, seating areas, maintenance access and long outdoor exposure. Stainless steel or wood-look parts may enter the discussion when the site needs a stronger visual style.
For indoor rooms, we look at foam, cover, seams, padding, wall edges and cleaning. Soft play materials are chosen around room operation, not only around first appearance.
Material notes should be confirmed before production, not after packing.
Country, indoor or outdoor use, weather and traffic level start the file.
Outdoor structure, indoor soft play, slide, swing, climbing or custom item.
Steel, plastic, rope, stainless, soft play cover and fasteners are reviewed.
Color, coating direction, logo parts and special material notes are written down.
Production follows the confirmed material notes and product list.
FAQ for material selection, outdoor use, indoor soft play materials and custom finish.
Start with the part that carries the most use. For an outdoor structure, that may be the steel frame and plastic slide. For a climbing route, check the rope and fixing points. For an indoor soft play room, check the foam, cover and seams.
Tell us where the playground will stand. A sunny school yard, a seaside park, and a shaded community garden do not need the same material notes. Photos from the site help more than a material name alone.
Some material directions, colors, surface finish, rope type, plastic part color, stainless steel slide direction and soft play cover choices can be discussed by project.
Send the site type, indoor or outdoor use, country, weather condition, age group, project budget, preferred material, reference photos and any document requirement.
They can. When a project needs documents, check the product model, material, file date, testing scope and destination market before using the file for approval.
Send the site type, country, weather condition, user age, preferred product and any material question. We will help narrow the direction before quoting.
